Landerik

A young chef, who honed his skills at Ljubljana's Landerik under the mentorship of Igor Jagodic, Bine Volčič, and Mauro Colagreco. He is inspired by Slovenian cuisine and its top-quality, locally sourced ingredients, which he transforms into trendy dishes using modern techniques. He often incorporates somewhat forgotten ingredients into his work and embraces the "zero waste" principle.
