The head of Gostilna Mihovec in Zgornje Pirniče describes herself as the successor of the family inn, honed under the guidance of one culinary master, her grandmother Ivanka. Since taking over the inn, she has been involved in numerous modern culinary projects and recently completed her training as a Level 3 sommelier. The cornerstone of her culinary philosophy lies in ingredients sourced from local fields, forests, and farms, which she elevates to new heights with her creative imagination and skill.
