Druga Violina

Druga violina, located in the old city centre, is a very special little gostilna-style restaurant employing several people with special needs. It serves traditional Slovenian dishes. Occasionally it hosts creative workshops for children and other events.

Menu choice: Slovenian dishes, easonal dishes, vegetarian dishes, dietary dishes, grilled dishes, mid-morning meals, lunchtime menus, desserts, slow food, varietal Slovenian wines.

Typical Ljubljana dishes: beef soups, kranjska klobasa (pork and bacon sausage), veal stew in butter container, beef roast, štruklji (with cottage cheese, walnut filling with buckwheat), jabolčni zavitek, Ljubljanski štrukelj (masleno kvašeno testo z nadevom).
