A bistro dominated by the bold creativity of renowned chef Bine Volčič. The menu is based around stunning dishes made with the finest, predominantly seasonal ingredients and often includes forgotten delicacies of the past and dishes incorporating everything from snout to tail and from flower to root, in line with the concept of “zero waste” cuisine.
